Title of book to be unveiled today via
social media posts beginning at 12:00 GMT
LONDON (January 15, 2013) Dan Brown’s new novel, the eagerly awaited follow-up to his No.1 international blockbuster, The Lost Symbol, will be published in the UK by Transworld Publishers, a division of the Random House Group.
The new book features renowned Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon and is set in the heart of Europe. There, he is drawn into a harrowing world centred on one of history’s most enduring and mysterious literary masterpieces. In a twist befitting a new Dan Brown novel, the title of the book will be revealed later today via reader social media posts wed to an online HashtagArt digital mosaic created by Hyperactivate.com.
Beginning at12 noon (GMT), in partnership with NBC Universal’s Today Show, readers are invited to post via Facebook or Tweet that they are helping to unveil the title of Dan Brown’s latest book. After readers post on Facebook (via facebook.com/DanBrown, danbrown.com or TODAY.com) or Tweet using the hashtag #DanBrownToday, their profile image could instantly claim a tile in the mosaic, and it is through the aggregation of thousands of reader tiles that the book title will be revealed. Readers will be able to find their profile images by zooming into the mosaic canvas.
